Welcome to
Renegades
Pitch For Kids
As
the Masters came to a close last week (I am pretty sure none of you
played in that one), it’s time for you to find your way back to
Casperkill Golf Club on FRIDAY,
JUNE 6th at NOON for the
6th Annual Renegades Shoot-Out,
even if that means that at best you will only dress as good
as Tiger Woods. We are always trying to come up with new ways to
thank you for your continued loyalty so….For the first time, any
foursome that signs up for both the Renegades Shootout in the summer
and the WPDH Open in the fall at Mansion Ridge will get a free
foursome valued at $300 to come back and play either Casperkill or
Mansion Ridge at their leisure in 2009.
Download the Team Sign-up Sheet or visit the
Shootout '08
page for more details as well as Sponsor Grids!!

Pitchers & Catchers Clinic T-shirt, a Renegades hat, a pair of tickets to a
2008 Hudson Valley Renegades game, a pizza party after the clinic, a chance
to try to get a hit off of Joe Ausanio or Joe Bruno, and an autograph
session.

The Renegades Pitch for Kids Fund was
created to give back to the community that has given us so much, specifically
the children and families of the Hudson Valley. With annual fundraising events,
memorabilia auctions, and in-stadium raffles, Pitch for Kids has awarded over
$175,000 the past five years. The events have provided businesses and residents
of the Hudson Valley the chance to have fun and come together to help better
their community.

Renegades PFK Fund Makes $500
Donation

On Friday
December 14th, the Hudson Valley Renegades Pitch for Kids Fund
made a $500 dollar donation, in the form of toys, for the 101.5
WPDH Camp Out for Kids. Rick Zolzer, executive director of
PKF, and Eddie Cunningham, assistant director PFK, spent the
money at the Disney store in the Poughkeepsie Galleria. The toys
bought at the Disney store will go to underprivileged kids of
all different ages in the Hudson Valley, and the money raised
during the weekend will go to the Salvation Army. Along with a
trip to local area hospitals the Renegades are eager to give
back to a community who has been so great towards them since
1994.
